I am a coach, dream interpreter, world traveler, and diplomat. A native to San Francisco, I have lived as an expat in Europe, China, and Southeast Asia since 2015. With over 20 years experience building office culture, I have a demonstrated ability to help teams innovate, collaborate, and clarify their values, beliefs, and shared behaviors.

I earned my coaching certificate from Co-Active Training Institute. I hold a Bachelor’s in American History from Boston University, a Master’s in Consciousness & Transformative Studies from John F. Kennedy University, and a Master’s Certificate in Dreams Studies also from John F. Kennedy University.

My approach allows me to help others see past the construct of their lives to a whole new world of possibility – designed in alignment with their values and purpose.
